(Hardcover - Revised)
A treasured classic in an all-new format! Nearly 30 years--and more than 2.5 million copies--after its conception, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? remains one of the most beloved children's books of all time. Now, this charming tale is available in a board book format--just right for the tiniest hands. Full color.
Children see a variety of animals, each one a different color, and a teacher looking at them.
Many new board books are re-releases of beloved books, now made more durable for babies who will first love the books' rhythm and rhyme in infancy and continue to love the story as toddlers. Among the classics making a new board book appearance is Martin's wonderfully rhythmic Brown Bear with illustrations by one of the best in the business, Eric Carle.

November 27, 2008: I started reading this book to my 16 months old sun. He sits quietly through the entire book - looking at each page. We even read it a couple times making all the animals sounds. No other book I've read to him consistently keeps his interest. A must for early readers!! And for older kids I recommend the series of "Why Some Cats are Rascals"
I Also Recommend: Why Some Cats Are Rascals, Book 1, Why Some Cats Are Rascals, Why Some Cats Are Rascals.

July 28, 2005: This is a great book! I grew up listening/reading these books, and this is my favorite, next too A Very Hungry Caterpillar. Now I will read them to my children, I'm sure they will enjoy them just as much. Ages Newborn (never too young to listen to a good book) to 8 or can read.
