August 12, 2002: Dr. Alan Loy Mcginnis clearly defines the importance of not too much of being introspective by seeing the positive side of others. The spiritual balance is there, where Christian principle to highly regards other better than oneself is validated. The book helped me personally to come out of my cocoon to motivate my self through motivating others. Credits for this book!

April 25, 2001: Dr. Alan Loy McGinnis's book is so incredibly well thought out and informative. He comes from a unique standpoint mixing psychology with Christianity. For those of us with Christian values who want to understand people better, as well as ourselves, it is a great find. It is full of stimulating ideas such as 'If money were no object and you could have exactly the sort of life you would like, what would it be?' Clearly this is a motivational, self-exploring, spiritual book as well as a how-to on becoming a better leader and motivator which is useful everyday. Dr. McGinnis is truely a man of great wisdom and I am thankful that he is willing to share his ideas with us through this book.
