Purpose:The book uses hundreds of case studies to challenge readers on a full range of topics in brain imaging. With new cases, new coverage of MRA, CTA, and MR spectroscopy supplemented by excellent images, this edition is a concise, economical, and user-friendly tool for self assessment and oral board/CAQ preparation.
Audience:The target audience includes radiology residents, fellows, and practicing radiologists. The book provides an excellent selection of cases for sharpening diagnostic skills in the challenging subspecialty area of neuroradiology. The emphasis on differential diagnoses and pertinent radiological findings in a case review format is particularly relevant for board preparation and review.

This is an easy to read and cost effective study tool, an essential part of a series embraced by a majority of residents in training.
