He is also a contributing writer and editor for O, The Oprah Magazine, and writes on health and fitness for Oprah.com. Greene is the bestselling author of Get With the Program!, The Get With the Program! Guide to Good Eating, The Get With the Program! Daily Journal, and The Get With the Program! Guide to Fast Food and Family Restaurants.

    July 30, 2007: This book has what you need to get where you want to go! It helped me lose 17lbs--and there were not any quick fixes. However, I have to say, I had to revisit this book, as after the first read-through, I still just didn't have the MOTIVATION and positive mindset to really tackle the task of losing the weight. So, I happened to find a great book, 'Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow'. It reads really easily, and is VERY impactful. I read that, and came back to this book with a new found vigor and excitement! Since then, I have lost 17lbs---so thanks Bob Greene, and ALSO thanks 'Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow'---HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!
