In 1936 as President Roosevelt wages a war against America's Great Depression twenty-six year old Renee Crocker will unwittingly find herself in a battle that will test more then her economic future.
Growing up in an isolated farming community Renee knows little of the outside world but when a captivating stranger comes calling things will never be the same. On that faithless day her sheltered life will begin spiraling helplessly into the depths of darkness.
Trapped in a bewildering hell beyond all imagination she knows her only chance for survival is to break free of this twilight-draped world and return home.
