March 20, 2007: The blood type diet explains the 4 blood types, how they evolved, good foods, neutral foods, and avoid foods, and the consequences of eating outside your type. I have found it very effective for my family and myself. Eat Right 4 Your Type has more information on the blood type diet. This book is like the 'field guide.' It contains a compact version of ER4YT for when you are on the go. It's small enough to carry in a pocket or purse, but contains everything you need to know when shopping or eating out.

July 22, 2003: It was my younger brother that steered me toward this better diet.One that has me gradually losing weight.I have had COPD for the past several years,and have noticed some positive changes since following Dr.D'Adamo's suggestings.One does'nt want extra lbs with this respiratory problem.His diet is helping me in a multitude of ways.It's such a plus!
