September 04, 2009: Easy to read guide chock full of action steps and easy to implement tools to manage bipolar disorder. The sections of the book build on one another to create a simple path to follow. This really is a "101" book, being most useful to individuals recently diagnosed or those who have not yet been diagnosed but suspect they have bipolar disorder. My favorite chapter was "Minimize Stress."
