December 31, 2005: I was new to juicing and looked at a lot of books before choosing this one. I love the pictures, the star ratings for each juice, and especially the variety! With so many juice & smoothie recipes, I'll never get bored. It also has a guide for which juices are good for different health ailments. The BEST thing about this book is that it doesn't lecture- we all know juicing is healthy- some of those other books have too much lecture and not enough recipes!
