March 24, 2009: I purchased this cookbook to promote a healthy heart by cutting down on fats and cholesterol. Every recipe I have tried has been delicious and easy to make. My kids have enjoyed the foods I have prepared from this cookbook. The book itself is well organized and clearly written. The accompanying photographs are great. I recommend it highly!

July 21, 2003: I have over 75 cookbooks and this is one of the best! I have tried eight different recipes so far and they were all easy and tasted great. They all had ingredients that you would have in your pantry or frig unlike some healthy cookbooks that have more exotic ingredients. They are actually recipes that your whole family will eat. The front of the book is very informational in regards to creating a healthier diet for you & your family.
