November 25, 2005: This cookbook is one of the best I have ever tried. There are tons of easy everyday recipes, not fancy gourmet stuff that you wouldn't really cook. Just about everything I have cooked out of it has turned out perfectly. It's great for beginner cooks because it has lots of tips as well as definitions of cooking terms, measurements, and explanations.
