March 03, 2009: The recipes in this cookbook are practical and delicious. I can actually make one meal for the whole family despite the fact that my daughter and I are watching our weight. They put a healthy twist even on good old standby meals. Unlike alot of other cookbooks, I find that the recipes are realistic in time management, and require ingredients and spices that are probably already in your kitchen. The book is filled with real food recipes that the average american family will eat. We haven't had a meal yet that we didn't like.
