August 17, 2009: I have looked at a number of books on becoming a vegetarian and this one makes the most of sense of any. It is written for carnivores who don't understand why they would want to change their diet. It took the unknown out of the equation and broke things down step by step. I have been a vegatarian now for three months. It has been an easy switch and as a bonus I am saving tons of money.
