July 31, 2009: Basically, Anarky is a character who is noble in his ideals, but a little messed up in his methods. He was introduced by Alan Grant, hoping to create a suitable candidate for the next Robin. Ultimately this did not work out. It is surprisingly deep in political philosophy for a code-approved superhero book put out by one of the Big Two.
