    Synopsis

As beleaguered workers, frustrated patients, hapless tenants, unsuspecting consumers and insolvent investors, we all suffer from the pain - and hazardous side-effects - of Bad Business. Welcome to the world of ruthless CEOs, scheming senior execs, cynical marketers and the glassy-eyed denizens of the mind-numbing world of meetings, charts and reports. Meet grasping landlords, arrogant physicians and cold-hearted bankers, all of whom, in one way or another, are out to get you with their Bad Business.
Bleak times call for black humor, and P.C. Vey's cartoons not only take us down the dark side of the corridors of power, but offer a sympathetic view of our powerless plight.
After all, A.I.G.got $182 Billion - the least you deserve are some good laughs!

December 12, 2009: Being a long time follower of Vey's work in New Yorker and earlier books, I was pleasantly surprised to catch this book in my local B&N store.

The illustrations and comic work are terrific, and a welcome view on the reflection of the current economy, very funny stuff.
