March 23, 2009: This is vintage Bill Hybels. It's as if he condensed his most valuable leadership lessons into 2-3 page essays, grouped them together for relevance, & put it out there for the next generation of leaders to glean what they can from his years of leading Willow Creek. It's a great book for leaders at any stage in life & leadership.
