June 29, 2008: This book is so awesome!!!!! It is my Biggest loser bible. Bob is so supportive and so understanding of people. He is a lifesaver to so many people, including me. I have lost 31 pounds so far and I feel great. Thank you to The Biggest Loser and thank you to Bob Harper for being a true angel. This book will be recommended to anyone needing weight loss inspiration.

April 20, 2008: I have been a fan of the Biggest Loser for a couple of years and am a member of the online site. I find this book to deal with the issues that keep so many doing the yoyo weight loss weight gain spiral. Bob is very passionate about life and helping others and it is so obvious in this book. I would recommend this without a second thought.
