June 18, 2008: I bought this book about six months ago, and it has quickly become one of my favorite cookbooks. It includes a variety of recipes that are easy to make, tasty, and healthy as well. The section on one-dish meals has some particularly unique cooking ideas that I never would have thought of on my own. I will use this book for years to come!

March 13, 2005: So many cookbooks claim to be quick and easy when they are not. I'm not much of a cook, but I have been able to make wonderful low fat and tasty meals from this book. I definitely give it a thumbs up for anyone on Weight Watchers flex plan. Each recipe gives plenty of nutritional information so it is easy to calculate your points. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I wish it was spiral bound so it would lay flat. However, I just make a copy of the recipe I will use on my home copier and then use that in the kitchen, this keep my book looking nice and new.
