Biography

Wilford I. Summers is an electrical consultant and former Executive Director of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.

Frederic P. Hartwell is president of Hartwell Electrical Services, Inc., and serves as inspector of wires in his hometown. He has more than 25 years' experience in the field of electronics, including as senior editor of Electrical Construction and Maintenance magazine and as principal member of the NEC's Code Making Panel.

February 11, 2003: It is very intresting to read how books this old are written and the explanation of electricity in 1913. Also the diagrams and math that is used in this old book. if anyone is intrested in seeing it let me know
