September 11, 2008: I enjoy entertaining and am always looking for new ideas. Recently my daughter and I hosted a Bridal Tea for a dear friend. While researching menus, I discovered 'Afternoon Tea'. The recipes were very original and elegant. The directions were simple to follow, and the ingredients easy to find. The photos were charming. I incorporated many of the recipes with my own and the Bridal Tea was a huge success. Many of our young guests realized for the first time that this was something they could do themselves. Needless to say, I will be sending copies of this book to my friends.
