June 15, 2009: It's not often I find a book that goes from coffee table to kitchen counter on a regular basis. For wild game and hunting enthusiasts, this is the perfect gift. It is full of great photos, history and recipes. I have bought numerous copies for gifts and every recipient has been thrilled. It's got so much information and the format is huge, which makes it a bit cumbersome to move around, but it's worth the trouble.
