      Synopsis

Psychologist Archibald Cox theorizes that heart attacks and other stress-induced illnesses are the lethal by-products of too much adrenaline pumping through our systems. He suggests ways to minimize these threats through adjustments in values and lifestyles.

September 28, 2009: had read Dr. Hart's previous work on adrenaline, but forgot all about it. Then I proceeded to do all within the covers of this book, which I should not have done and both suffered and now suffer for it. Ignorance is not bliss and my own experience is proof of that. This is a work designed for Americans as this is America's Disease - Panic Disorder. Acute Anxiety is something to be avoided at all costs, but we need to know about it first; that is what this book does and it should be mandatory reading for every person at the 12th grade level in high school.
