      May 31, 2004: I played the flute off and on for around 10 years and stopped playing around 8 years ago (daughter decided to clean my flute in water--she tried). I recently bought another flute and realized I forgot most of it. This book is a great refresher and I have been moving through the book very quickly. It is also great for beginners. Now if I can find a way to exerise my lungs!
