July 14, 2008: I was a 5 foot 2 150 pound girl. I had great arms and legs and knew how to dress so that I did not look fat. But I felt it and could not see my abs. I could not wear a bikini or do a sit up. I read this book. Just changing tiny habits (I stopped eating randomly M&Ms all day and actually gave myself a serving of them once a week) and combining the simple exercises I could do during regular activities made a huge different. On my wedding day people wanted to know what my secret was, and on my honeymoon I wore a bright red bikini. My abs were flat and fantastic, and I actually lost 25 pounds too! I feel better, eat more (but healthier) and feel GREAT. Thank you for this amazing book!
