      Synopsis

A collection of statements Congressman Ron Paul has made over the past 30 years dealing with foreign policy from the date he was first elected to Congress.

Ron Paul provides a history of economic policy in the United States and uses this history to argue that the same free market principals applied to U.S. domestic policy should be applied to U.S. foreign policy.

January 06, 2008: The words contained in this book are often prophetic and deeply rooted in strict beliefs and principles that he has stood up for his entire political career. Which is weird considering that more often than not politicians will take whichever position will win them elections next term, rarely adhering to their supposed beliefs let alone the constitution. Ron Paul said it best, 'let it not be said we did nothing'. There is absolutely no reason to continue ignoring history or to continue this idea of preemptive war. No longer is there an excuse to buy into the propaganda that is spoon-fed to us from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep. Our policy is currently driven by patriotism, rhetoric, and ignorance fueled by fear. It's a shame that the policy he endorses is viewed as 'isolationism' to the misinformed and his ideas deemed radical, but then again, so were the founders, and I'm sure we can all agree they were great educated men of principle.

December 17, 2007: Freedom is a popular message and Ron Paul has never swayed from his Constitutional beliefs. Ten terms of Congress shows that he truly is an exception to the corrupt gang in Congress and in the White House. There is still hope for America look to RON PAUL.
