      August 23, 2009: I must say I was a little disappointed when first opening this large paper back. I was amazed at the amount of patterns, but there are no directions! I'm not an expert quilter, & although looking at the pictures you can kind of figure out how the pattern fits together, sometimes you need a little help as to what goes where. Not a good book if you were expecting how to "make" these patterns
