    November 15, 2009: This book was a quick read. A very simple, straightforward presentation of the basic principles the Founding Father's used in founding America. A excellent choice for anyone who is interested in American history but who may find the original writings of the Founding Fathers difficult reading. The 5000 Year Leap, gives a very clear perspective of where we came from, and where we are heading. This book is an eye-opener for those not well versed in our founding and a great refresher for those who are. This should be a MUST read in every high school American history course.
