Containing 500 contemporary images by leading photographers, this indispensable manual explains posing fundamentals as well as how to create a flattering, feature-specific photograph—one that focuses on the head, shoulders, arms, torso, or feet—in different levels of close-ups, from head-shots to full-lengths.

June 29, 2009: Well, it has poses and nothing else. The book is nothing but pictures which is nice if that's all your looking for. Gives beginning photographers an idea of different poses that they can use for the female model/client.
Some of the poses repeat with slight variations of the hands or tilt of the head but it's a good book if you want to see poses. Easier than ripping pages out of a magazine and putting them in a binder.
