April 28, 2009: I wish I had this book before i ran my first marathon. I would have had a better training program and a much better finishing time. I plan to use this book when I train for my next marathon sometime down the road.

March 21, 2007: This book is ok. It relies on the old methods, not on personalizing your running routine. Basically, run just the regimes in this book and you will succeed. It doesn't seem to give a complete picture for running a marathon.
