November 15, 2009: I started with this book years & years ago when it was done by Marty's father. Marty has made a few changes but it is still great. My legs gave out and I do not run anymore, but I am using it to keeping track of my walking. Really I keep track of all important info in it plus the motivational parts are excellent.

October 05, 2009: Unlike running logs that require you to fill in the dates, this one has the current year's dates timed along with most pertenent data for your daily run. Buy it early as once it's gone you won't find any for the new year.
I would like one more slot for "planned" running time so when I plan my schedule for training I can see how far I want to run and it's there. Now I just write it in the margin.
