August 22, 2009: Low Carb dieting has come a long way, and all of Dana Carpender's books are incredibly helpfull. I have found many recipes that my entire family really likes.

May 13, 2005: I've owned this book since it was released, and made a number of great recipes from it. Last night I made yet another delish dish - the asian peanut sauce - and I have the accompanying chicken marinating in the fridge for a party tonight. Yes - I can take a recipe from any of Dana's books and prepare it for the first time for company. That's how much I trust her ;)
