September 08, 2009: I found this book to be very accommodating and upfront with regards to which ingredients to use for each recipe. It was very adaptable and anyone who purchases this book will be compeletely satisfied. It was very informative and the ingredients were down to earth and not out of this world, like many of these recipes can be. I would highly recommend this as informative and enjoyable to read.

April 05, 2007: I liked the recipes, and I didn't find them any more time consuming than the cooking I did prior to dieting. I do most of my cooking on weekends, then store the food in tupperware and take to work. Considering the calories, I found the food tasteful! You have to remember the biggest fact about losing weight - you got to cut calories, and 1200 calories is the most helpful plan for me.
