November 12, 2009: I am trying to get into medical device sales. I have extensive sales experience but none within the medical field. I know how important it will to really shine during my interview process, which is why I bought this book. Almost all of the questions can be applied to any industry, not just pharma sales. These are tough, difficult questions to answer. Questions that anyone who is serious about nailing their interview should definitely have intelligent responses to. I was the hiring manager for my last company. Many of the questions in this book were the same questions I asked potential candidates, most of which failed miserably in their responses. It will take much time and effort to really study this book and answer all the questions. But ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!! It will be worth it. You will sound like an intelligent, competent candidate who has the skill set your future employer is looking for. My interviews start next week, and I feel confident I will be able to successfully answer anything I'm asked. This is a good book. Anne Posegate and Lisa Lane did a great job writing it.

What a great concept! "118 Great Answers" takes all of the fear and guesswork out of the pharma sales interview and puts all of the information into one informative manual. The reader knows exactly what to expect, knows how to prepare, and learns a great deal about the interview process and the industry in general. As a result, the candidate is more relaxed, confident, and interviews well. Money well spent!
