I think this book is absolutely wonderful. Not only does it give you a list of 101 things to accomplish, it also gives you forms to fill in once you achieve a certain goal so you can remember how and where it happened. Since finding this book, it has become my new mission to promote it as much as possible. Everyone I have since shown it too thinks it's wonderful as well. There should be more participant-focused books like this.
