April 07, 2008: I like 101 Strategies for Recruiting Success. I think that Patrick did a great job of covering the basics, sharing his experience and some very useful information. I keep this book in my company's library. It is a good, easy to read guide to help a new recruiter get started on the right course and a seasoned one to get back on track when they've hit a wall!
