    Synopsis

Even in this current day and age, where we are all senders and receivers of voluminous emails, handmade greeting cards, stationery, and invitations never lose their charm or fail to touch the heart. This book is a delightful showcase of 1000 exciting and contemporary hand-designed greeting cards, with examples that feature a wide array of paper craft techniques, including: paper cutting, paper stencils, stamping, punching, stitchery, monoprints, screenprints, paper piecing, and more.

OK book but, not my highest recommendation...by Anonymous

February 01, 2009: This book is fun to look at but, after a few pages you realize that there are NOT 1000 different, unique cards represented. Some cards are shown multiple times with minor color changes. Also, it starts to read like an advertisement for Meri Meri Inc. as there are a multitude of their cards shown. Photography and layout are good. Artist index is informative.
Cost a little bit high for a paperback book.

I Also Recommend: Cardmakers Sketch Book.
